Enjoy a relaxing stay in an upgraded 1 bedroom (smoke free/pet free) condo, STEPS AWAY FROM THE BEACH in a quieter area of Ocean City, Maryland, with NO STREETS TO CROSS to get to the beach!
Condo offers partial (between buildings facing beach) BEACH/OCEAN (sunrise) VIEWS to the right of the balcony, that are accompanied by the calming sound of the waves crash along the shoreline to invigorate your soul! Be our guests, and have fun making beautiful, magical life long memories.
Grab your cup of coffee (mugs & K-cups provided) and beach chairs (provided) and walk to end of breezeway for unobstructed views of beach/ocean/sunrises – even sunsets! Or better yet, in 90 steps you’ll have your toes in the sand and be on the beach to see spectacular sunrises, and/or enjoy moonlit walks on the beach! Think about acquiring a permit for an evening beach bonfire!! Cart provided for logs and items needed/wanted to enjoy this nighttime adventure!!
Our heated indoor pool is a great amenity to have on rainy days or just for fun!!!
Have fun in our game room with large screen TV, ping-pong table, air hockey, games of chance, video games, (minimal fees for most) and a “library”/book reading area!
Hit up the 3rd floor large patio/sun deck with lounge chairs and picnic tables. Awesome sunset views over the bay! Also perfect spot for watching fireworks set off from northside park across the street!!
This spacious, open floor plan, condo has a combined living room (with plenty of seating), kitchen (four burner stove top and oven) and dining area (booster seat provided), with recently updated large wheelchair accessible bathroom that has a removable shower head for easy bath time for little ones!
Dehumidifier in living area for your damp free/must free comfort.
Private balcony area with gate that takes you to the outdoor steps that lead you to (almost) immediate access to the beach!
Flatscreen TV in living room and bedroom.
Bedroom includes a very comfortable queen bed, and double/twin bunk beds. Additionally, the living room sofa converts to a queen sofa bed.
Sleeps 6 at most. Best suited for couples, several friends, or a family with no more than 4 children, ages 12 and under. (Pack N Play provided)

We are located away from the hustle and bustle of the noisy boardwalk activity, yet where there is so much to do with Northside Park, (host of summer concert series and more fun events/outdoor gym/walking-bike paths & pier with sunset views), restaurants, pubs, fast food, beer/wine/liquor store, and other activities within WALKING DISTANCE, or a short drive away if you prefer.
Remove the hassle, wait and unsanitary conditions of a public bathroom, with the ability to be able to walk back and forth to the condo/beach with ease for restrooms needs.
Location allows for two boardwalk options: OCMD = 7.2 miles / Bethany Beach = 7.9 miles

Frustrated guests will have the right to call law enforcement at their discretion. Ocean City strongly enforces its ordinance that no destructive noises be made between 12 midnight and 7:00am.
