OUR PET POLICY

We love pets at the Marylander, but we can offer only a limited number of Condos to our guests with pets therefore prior approval is mandatory!

Pets are allowed in the hotel from Labor Day to Memorial Day or by individual owner approval.

A $35.00 one time - non refundable - fee is required.

A credit card or pet deposit of $50 is required at the check in. Your Deposit will be used for the following conditions: destroyed, chewed furniture, pillows, etc.

The pet owner must agree to the hotel's pet policies; be responsible for any damage or injury caused  by the pet, without restriction.     
We ask that your pet NOT BE LEFT UNATTENDED in the Condo unless caged or used to traveling.
No more than 2 pets per room.

no pets on the beds or furniture ALLOWED!
Pets MUST BE LEASHED when out of the guestroom.
Pets must be clean, healthy and flea free.
Pet owners should bring own pet bedding and dishes!
Ocean City ordinance requires that pet owners
clean up after their pets.

Pet should be well behaved and appropriately restrained by guest.
Pets are not allowed in pool area of the Condo Hotel. This exclusion does not apply to guide dogs.

If it is determined that any of these requirement are not being met during your stay we must ask you to move your pet to a local kennel.
